MarMac Manufacturing Company

ABOUT

MarMac Manufacturing Company is a third-generation, family-owned, small town business in South Carolina founded in 1953. But don’t let that fool you… they’re one of the biggest players in the stormwater and sewer sealing products sector. Folks who know the name MarMac associate it with the highest quality of products and the most knowledgeable and helpful of staff. Municipalities, contractors, and pipe producers are some of the big players buying MarMac’s specialty pipe couplers, wraps, and seals.

As a long-time client of mine, marketing-wise you name it, I’ve done it for them. From rebranding all three company divisions, to building their website and creating installation videos for each of their products.

When I started doing work for MarMac, there was little continuity with their brand. Taking a quick look around, digitally and in-person, you would have found a dozen different logos being used from decades worth of rebranding. Taking the time to get to know the company: what they do, their history, their products, their clients… I designed a modern corporate logo that pays homage to a one they used in the 70’s. I created variations of that logo using a specific color scheme for each division of the company.

I’ll include a lot more info here in the future.

Eagle Bay II Homeowners Association HOA - Tyler Pearsall

Eagle Bay II Homeowners Association

ABOUT

Eagle Bay II is a gated community on the shores of Indiana’s largest body of water, Lake Monroe. Located just a few miles southeast of Bloomington, Eagle Bay and Eagle Bay II are among only a few neighborhoods that border the large reservoir.

Eagle Bay II had no website, logo, or branding of any kind. The homeowners association approached me for a website, and I whipped them up a free, quick logo to go along with it.

They previously were using their personal email addresses for communication, so I convinced them to let me set up generic “@eaglebay2.com” email boxes for each of the HOA board member positions, which can be passed along as members come and go.

The City Eatery Kansas City Food Truck

The City Eatery

ABOUT

The City Eatery is a Kansas City area food truck serving up some seriously delicious, casual eats. Most of the menu is centered around Cajun cuisine, but they have several other options like Philly cheesesteaks, corn dogs, and unique sides.

I have intentionally built and designed most of their projects in a way so they’re able to update and manage them after I’ve finished.

Barley & Rye Bistro

Barley & Rye Bistro

ABOUT

Barley & Rye Bistro opened its doors in downtown Moline, Illinois during the spring of 2013. They were one of the top restaurants in the Quad City area, and were best known for their local farm-to-table fare prepared “skillfully & playfully”. It really was an awesome restaurant. The owners decided to close their doors in early 2020, not due to a lack of patrons. I established their brand and handled all things marketing (digital and print) when they were first getting started.

Salon Breeze

Salon Breeze

ABOUT

Salon Breeze is an Aveda concept salon and spa located in Chapel Hill, NC. Opened in May of 2015, they provide their guests with high end salon products and services. Salon Breeze sports an upscale, inviting environment for anything from haircuts and styles to relaxing massages. I got my haircut there and it was awesome. In 2014 I helped the new business with establishing a brand.

Then, after 8 years, their web hosting expired and the old site was lost for good. So in 2022 I built them a brand new, fairly simple website by request. I think it turned out great, and most importantly, they were very pleased with it.

Loonasea

ABOUT

The Loonasea was a 1972 67′ Burger Motor Yacht. I put together a website to act as a promotional piece for potential buyers while the boat was listed for sale. The site featured a prominent photo gallery, a list of boat specifications, description & history, and a contact form for lead generation. The boat was sold at the end of 2015.

Andy Waeyaert for School Board

ABOUT

Andy is one of my #bestgoodfriends, so naturally I offered to help him with his campaign for Moline-Coal Valley School Board. We started with a simple political logo for yard signs. Later I built a basic informational website which we pushed on social media campaigns and accompanying print pieces. The website is no longer active, however, won in 2017 and again in 2021.

All proceeds go to Bethany for Children & Families – a Quad Cities area non-profit charity aimed to keep children safe, to strengthen families, and build healthy communities. Your Beautiful Floors

Your Beautiful Floors

ABOUT

Your Beautiful Floors is a custom, high-end hardwood flooring company in the Indianapolis area. The owner reached out to me through referrals from Hoosier BMW CCA in 2016 to build a website for his newly started business. After our initial discussion about the website, learned he didn’t have a logo or any branding for his company, so I also created him a logo and basic branding for other media he would have in the future. Unfortunately, it seems the website is no longer online 🙁
